Kundalini Meditation
Weekly meditation session with Asher Packman that awakens the spiritual 'Kundalini' energy that resides at the base of the spine. Using a combination of breath, mantra, movement and focused attention, Asher's sessions stimulate and raise the Kundalini through the chakras, our body's energy centres.

The Shapeshifting King
Join 'Campfire Sam' Crosby (storyteller from Recalling Fire, based in Cornwall) over five weeks as he carries the sprawling, shapeshifting story of King Arthur, following a loose trail left behind by Mallory: injecting Mabinogion, Geoffrey, Chretien, modern reworks including Mary Stewart, his own experiences in wild Cornwall and a flicker of his own imaginings.

The Lodge (For Men)
Fortnightly online men's sharing circle (every second Wednesday night) at The Fifth Direction with Asher Packman.

Wild Breath
The breath is our most powerful healing tool and the energetic link between mind, body, heart and soul. In this weekly session guided by Steve Beattie, you will use your breath to achieve a deep state of meditation and wellbeing.

Elder Circle (For Men)
The Fifth Direction philosophy is firmly underwritten by the active presence of true elderhood. We are joined each month by Tim Young and Walton Stanley, the current convenors of the Minnesota Men's Conference, founded in 1984 by Robert Bly.

Mythic Musings (For Women)
Hosted by Kristina Dryža, this is a monthly space for women to go as deep or as light into the mythic realm as they wish. Whether it’s a specific myth to explore – or maybe a mysterious calling from the archetypal world which has been too ephemeral to name.

Story Circle
Join Asher Packman and his storytelling friends online at The Fifth Direction to discover the ancient and timeless wisdom that resides inside us. Each Tuesday night, stories are told and tended, providing an opportunity to listen deeply before ‘feeding’ the story by way of an open discussion.

Deeper Well: Grief & Celebration Circle
Join Wendy Haynes as she offers a monthly grief & celebration circle, an opportunity to drink from a deeper well through poetry and storytelling.
